Product technical finalisation database
Cost-effective materials and structures selected by comparison against existing parameters, matured through application development into 25 categories of technical schemes and over 5,000 documents.
Parameterised product database
Parametric design and process templates producing models, production drawings and process documents. 24 major categories and 160 subcategories of parametrically finalised products, expanding with the business.
Simulate, verify, finalise
Aerodynamic simulation
CFD of intake, exhaust and enclosure flow paths — pressure loss, velocity uniformity, temperature distribution and anti-icing performance under site ambient envelopes.
Structural & modal analysis
FEA of base frames, ducting and steel structures for static strength, thermal expansion, seismic load cases and resonance avoidance against turbine excitation frequencies.
Acoustic modelling
Full-plant sound propagation modelling and insertion-loss design to guarantee ≤ 85 dB at the enclosure, with plant-boundary compliance mapping for deindustrialisation projects.
Test verification
Physical validation on in-house trial assembly bases and component test benches — a feedback loop that keeps the parameter database calibrated against measured performance.
