Simulate, verify, finalise

Aerodynamic simulation

CFD of intake, exhaust and enclosure flow paths — pressure loss, velocity uniformity, temperature distribution and anti-icing performance under site ambient envelopes.

Structural & modal analysis

FEA of base frames, ducting and steel structures for static strength, thermal expansion, seismic load cases and resonance avoidance against turbine excitation frequencies.

Acoustic modelling

Full-plant sound propagation modelling and insertion-loss design to guarantee ≤ 85 dB at the enclosure, with plant-boundary compliance mapping for deindustrialisation projects.

Test verification

Physical validation on in-house trial assembly bases and component test benches — a feedback loop that keeps the parameter database calibrated against measured performance.
